How does our Tenant Find Service work & how can I advertise my property with you? Once you have sent us your property description, pictures and payment via our web site, we will upload them to over 40 major property web sites. Our lettings office will foward any interest we receive via phone or email.

Unlike our competitors who will only advertise your property on a few web sites, we aim to upload your property to rent to as many property web sites as possible but still keep the cost to you low. Where do we advertise? We will submit your property to rent to over 40 major online property web sites. By using our service your property will benefit from maximum Internet exposure. We are continuously looking for more property web sites to upload to and currently upload to more web sites than any of our online letting competitors. How quickly will my property appear on all the web sites? As soon as we receive your advert and payment we will immediately submit it to all the web sites. Our sophisticated software allows us to upload your property to rent to all web sites quickly. We have no control over how quickly each web site publishes your advert but you can expect it to show on most sites within 24 - 48 hours.
Can I amend/edit my property advert details once they are published? Changes can be made to your property advert at any time by simply using our online Property Administration area. Price, photographs or the description of your property can be changed at any time and as often as you like using the Property Administration area (online registration required to access administration area).
What do I do if I need help or have a question You can contact a member of our letting team at any time before and during the marketing of your property. How do I pay? Our online secure payment provider is paypal and we accept payment by all major debit or credit cards. Payment can also be made over the phone using your debit or credit card by call a member of our team on 0845 388 9785.
If I advertise my property are there any hidden costs? No! The great thing you will find with our web site is that you have total control over what services you use and the total amount you spend. There is now no need to use services that you do not require. The only fee you will pay is our Tenant Find Service fee of £39+vat which includes advertising your property on the Internet for one month. If your require any other online landlord services you can purchase these separately.
How long can I market my property ? Your property will be advertised on all property web sites for one month for a single payment of £39+vat - with no catch!. We believe that all properties should let within one month using our Internet advertising option due to the huge exposure we will give your property. If your property is not let within a month you can purchase further advertising for only £20 a month.
